Salt Lake City's night life has just gained two new hotspots featuring
Poundcake's Eats and Entertainment restaurant and Wiseguys comedy club, both conveniently located in the former Hard Rock Cafe location at Trolley Square mall in downtown Salt Lake City.
On April 24, 2009 comedian and entrepreneur Keith Stubbs opened the fourth location of his popular comedy club chain, as well as his first full-scale restaurant appropriately named after a line from his stand-up routine.
Poundcake's Eats and Entertainment is now open seven days a week and will feature "New American" cuisine including a wide variety of appetizers, fresh salads, delicious burgers and sandwiches, steak and chicken entrees, as well as decadent desserts. The restaurant's menu is full of traditional favorites prepared fresh each day. Poundcake’s will also offer its guests a full-service bar featuring colorful, vibrant drinks as well as several draft and bottled beers.
Poundcake's customers can dine in the restaurant or head upstairs and enjoy their meal at Wiseguys where the full menu will also be available. The new Salt Lake City location is situated upstairs at
Poundcake's Eats and Entertainment.
